Your business is specific
Your customers, your pricing, your people, your quirks. Those are strengths, and software should protect them.
About us
We are a small, focused team that builds personalized software systems for businesses of any size, from one-person shops to established companies. We start with how you work, then build software to match.
Why we exist
To give companies and teams software that fits the way they really work: built with care, explained in plain language, and owned by the people who use it.
Why individualized software
Most software is built for the average customer. But no business is average. The way you quote, schedule, serve and follow up is the result of countless decisions that made sense for your customers and your team.
Off-the-shelf tools ask you to give some of that up. We think it should work the other way around: software should learn your way of doing things and make it easier to run and easier to grow, rather than forcing you into a template.
Your customers, your pricing, your people, your quirks. Those are strengths, and software should protect them.
A system that matches your workflow is worth more than one with a hundred features you will never open.
Every hand-off, retyped detail and hunt for information is time not spent on your customers. Good software gives that time back.
What guides us
Four commitments shape how we work with you and what we build for you.
You should always know what we are building, why, and where things stand. We write things down, ask before assuming, and say so when something is unclear.
We care about the details: software that is dependable, easy to use and built to be maintained. We would rather build the right thing well than build more things quickly.
You own your code and your data. We build with that in mind, so you are never left guessing about what is yours.
No jargon walls. We explain technical choices in everyday words, so you can make good decisions for your business.
How we are different
You should be able to reach the people building your software and understand what they are doing.
Before you reach out
The first call is a conversation, not a sales pitch. Here is how it usually goes.
Start a conversationTell us about your business and what is getting in the way. A rough idea is plenty; you do not need to prepare technical details.
We dig into how the work really happens: who does what, which tools you use, and where things get stuck.
We share what we would consider doing and, where it makes sense, what a small first step could look like. Software is not always the answer, and we will say so.
That might be a discovery phase, a follow-up conversation, or an honest “not quite the right fit.” Either way, you will leave with a clearer picture.
Ready when you are
A short conversation is a good way to find out whether custom software makes sense for you. No pressure, no jargon.
